Making Sandwell safe and supportive

There are no hidden costs and no upselling. The only aim is to help make Sandwell a safe and supportive place to live. If you’ve already done one of these initial sessions, there are also free refresher sessions available, with updated information and resources.

Tough Enough To Care is a Midlands-based mental health charity. Its aim is to support people to talk about their emotions before they reach breaking point. Staff have lived experience of mental health issues and supporting people going through mental health crises.
