Alan Taylor is Managing Director at MiGlass Ltd, a glass processor offering a manufacturing and engineering service for production of flat glass products such as decorative glass and mirrors for a variety of markets.

“My role is to lead the company strategy of accessing new areas of product and business to create growth, whilst maintaining our current markets and customer base. This includes identifying and implementing investment across people, machinery and property. I enjoy my job because I love seeing results, including helping people to develop as well as working closely with customers to create a solution to their needs and issues.

“Sandwell has a rich history of manufacturing and I am excited that we can be part of the next chapter of that history. The location for nationwide distribution is a distinct advantage, but also the ambitious college and education network in the area is perfect for helping to bridge the skills gap.
